40 days of meditation and yoga practice is a seasonal experience that is available four times a year.
Anyone can join, the curious, tenacious, seekers, and those who have good willpower and self-discipline yet wish to be part of a group. The practice is simple, slow and fluid with a repetition providing space to explore new ideas and habits.
Each session is guided and offers variations for all experiences and capabilities.
