Replenish Immersive Retreat

Join us, with this invitation to spend six days resting properly and restoring yourself, in the quiet of the Lot-et-Garonne landscape and the beautiful, unhurried setting of a historic château.

This retreat brings together four ancient and contemporary practices, each chosen for what it does that the others cannot. Ayurvedic food to nourish and rebalance from the inside. Daily yoga, pranayama and meditation to restore calm and rebuild strength. Deep lymphatic drainage massage to release what the body has been holding. And Rapid Transformational Therapy to create the new neural pathways that make lasting change possible.

These practices work at a level that goes beyond relaxation. Together they remove layers of accumulated stress, reenergise the mind and body at a cellular level, and create the emotional space to restore your confidence in yourself. They give you the time to step back, to see clearly, and often to find the solutions that had been eluding you, not because the answers weren't there, but because the noise was too loud and the body too depleted to hear them.

This is the wisdom that ancient natural practices offer when they are brought together with intention. Results that are profound and that last.

The Retreat Flow

From day you arrive and exhale. By the third something begins to shift. By the sixth you feel genuinely restored and know how to take that knowledge home with you.

Each day follows the same times and practices to support of the process.

  • Mornings begin with traditional yoga and pranayama, movement and breath to open the body and settle the mind.

  • Brunch follows with a short talk on an aspect of Ayurveda, practical and grounded, something you can take home and use.

  • A light lunch is at 2pm.

  • Then afternoon is time fo an ayurvedic cooking workshop, treatments for those scheduled, and for the others walks across the 40 acre estate, reading, cold water plunging or simply doing nothing at all.

  • We gather for the evening meal at 6.30, prepared by Raul and the easy conversation that comes when people are well fed and slowing down.

  • The day closes with an hour of yin yoga or yoga nidra and thirty minutes of meditation. By 9.30 you will be relaxed and ready for sleep.

I feel as if I have been operating at a fraction of my potential for so long, always allowing myself to be ruled by my senses. I feel so much better, much more in control of myself, not in a negative way, but wanting to make healthy choices and enjoying the feeling of lightness and wellbeing.”

Retreat Practitioners

TAMSIN JARDINIER - Yoga, Pranayama & Ayurveda

Tamsin has been guiding yoga, Ayurveda and coaching experiences for fourteen years, from her home in southwest France and leading groups to India and workshops across the UK.
This retreat is held at the home of friends, Fiona and Miles, close to where Tamsin lives, in the landscape she knows intimately. She will be teaching yoga and breathwork, guiding meditation, and offering a deeper insight into Ayurvedic health and food, a way of connecting to the world by understanding you unique nature, from the way that you think, to your digestive fire, and the hours and environments that suit you best, giving you the understanding to continue this practice long after the week is over. You can read more about her approach to Yoga and Ayurveda under the About heading.

RAUL GARCIA CRESPO - Ayurvedic Chef

Raul grew up working on his family's farm in Andalusia, where food was always rooted in the land and the seasons. After travelling through India he fell in love with the spice traditions of the south, training formally in Ayurvedic cooking for self-healing in Mysore before spending several winters cooking with an Indian family and deepening his understanding of how southern Indians use spices in daily life.

His cooking brings these two worlds together — Mediterranean produce and Ayurvedic principles, food that is both deeply nourishing and genuinely delicious. For Raul, Ayurvedic food is more than what we eat. It is how and when we eat, the quality of ingredients, the act of eating slowly and with awareness. He will be cooking all meals across the week and leading three kitchen sessions, sharing the practical knowledge that makes this way of eating something you can sustain long after you leave.

FIONA WARNER - Rapid Transformational Therapy

Fiona Warner is a Rapid Transformational Therapist and certified hypnotherapist who spent three decades living and working across West and Central Africa, Egypt and the Middle East before training in this work. That breadth of human experience shapes everything about how she practises, calm, perceptive, patient and entirely without judgement.

A session with Fiona is nothing like you might expect. You remain in control throughout. Your mind does the work and she guides it, gently tracing the root of whatever pattern has been running beneath the surface. Clients describe it as feeling like a weight finally shifted, or understanding for the first time why they have been stuck.

Each session includes a personalised 21 day audio recording, created specifically for you, to support the integration of the work long after the retreat ends.

SANDRA - Renata Franca Treatment
The Renata França lymphatic drainage massage is a deeply effective yet gentle treatment that works by stimulating the lymphatic system to release toxins and excess fluid that accumulate in the body over time. Where a conventional lymphatic massage works slowly, the Renata França method combines both the lymphatic and circulatory systems simultaneously, which means results are felt more quickly and more profoundly, often after a single session.

The benefits are both physical and visible. Reduced inflammation, relief from muscle tension, improved circulation and a body that feels genuinely lighter. Many women notice a difference in their skin, their energy and their sleep after just one treatment.

OUR VENUE

Château de Pércile is a renovated 18th century château set in 40 acres of southwest French countryside, with a history that stretches back to 1560 when King Henri II gave the royal estate to his favoured Italian courtier Vincenzo Piscilla of Lucca — from whom it takes its name.

Since the 16th century, writers, artists and creative thinkers have lived, dined and gathered here. Among them Bishop Matteo Bandello, Vincenzo's great friend, who wrote the original story of Romeo and Juliet at Le Pécile — the tale that Shakespeare would later make famous.

For our retreat, the château offers six beautifully appointed rooms for six guests, creating an intimate experience within surroundings that have held remarkable company for over four hundred years. The estate has its own practice space, gardens, pool and the kind of quiet that is increasingly hard to find.
