AYURVEDIC FOOD

There's a direct connection between what you eat and how you feel. But finding a practice that works, and gives you confidence that you're doing the right thing, can feel impossibly elusive, and the frustration of searching, trying different approaches, and still feeling depleted is exhausting in itself. This has been my journey with food…

What Ayurveda is

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system for understanding how the body works, built around three principles: your constitution (dosha) — the pattern you're naturally built on; your digestion (agni) — your capacity to process and absorb what you take in, not just food but experience; and the season, which shifts what your body needs week to week.

It's a framework for reading your own nature — noticing what your energy, digestion, mood and sleep are telling you — so you can find the food, spices and rhythms that keep you well and balanced. Once you understand your own patterns, it stops feeling like a system to follow and starts feeling like common sense. It works within any way of eating — omnivore, vegetarian or vegan.

How it helps

For the women I work with, this usually means: steadier energy through the day, easier digestion, and a relationship with food that isn't ruled by anxiety or restriction. It's less about eliminating foods and more about understanding timing, preparation and combination and why the same ingredient can feel different depending on how and when you eat it.

It also travels well beyond the plate. Once you understand your own constitution, it shapes how you pace your work, your rest, and your energy more broadly — which is where it connects directly to the coaching and embodied work I do.

I trained as an Ayurvedic food practitioner after years of struggling with digestion and energy that conventional approaches hadn't resolved. I now bring that framework into cooking, teaching, and one-to-one consultations.

“Experiencing Tamsin's meals is like coming home to a warm hug after being away for years. You can taste the love. On a 9-day retreat with Tamsin as the chef, our group was well-held with delicious and healing meals each day - flavourful, beautiful to look at, and nourishing to the body. We looked forward to every meal, and the food added to the sense of care and connection between members of the group."

1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation

We begin with a free 30-minute discovery call, simply to hear what's bringing you here and see if we're a good fit. From there, we move into a full consultation and a plan built entirely around you — not a generic template.

What's included:

  • A full hour consultation to explore your constitution, current patterns and what's really going on

  • A personalised two-week menu plan, built around your digestion, intolerances and lifestyle

  • Complete shopping lists, broken down week by week

  • Custom spice blends and cooking guidance suited to your constitution

  • Email support throughout the two weeks for any questions as you go

  • A 30-minute follow-up session at the end, to see how you've felt and agree how to move forward — whether that's offering further recipes, adjusting the plan, or taking what you've learned and running with it yourself

Working together:

Most women start to feel a difference in how they feel — energy, digestion, mood — within three to four days of following the food plan. What often takes longer is adjusting the elements of daily life — routine, rest, timing — that let those changes actually stick.

Ayurveda works on roughly an 80/20 principle: there are certain foundational elements and structures that do most of the work, and around a fifth of the time, you can relax them. It takes time to make changes, and I listen to how you actually live so the plan meets your real needs — then suggest how to fine-tune it from there.

€275 — Initial 30-min discovery call, 1-hour Ayurvedic Food and Lifestyle consultation, two-week menu plan, and a 30-min follow-up session

€60 — 30-min monthly check-in, for 3–6 months, until you feel you've found your feet

Once I receive your enquiry, I'll send you a link to book your free discovery call.

“I feel as if I have been operating at a fraction of my potential for so long, always allowing myself to be ruled by my senses. I feel so much better, much more in control of myself, not in a negative way, but wanting to make healthy choices and enjoying the feeling of lightness and wellbeing” - Linda, France.
