REPLENISH: feel better in six weeks with Ayurvedic cooking

Do you often feel tired, bloated or achy, sleep badly, or struggle with your digestion? Perhaps you feel unsettled, eat on the run, or aren’t sure which foods are right for you.

Replenish is a six-week online programme that teaches you to cook and eat for your body, using the simple principles of Ayurveda. This is a gentle, anti-inflammatory way of eating. At its heart is a 28-day meal plan, with step-by-step recipes and shopping lists that make cooking easy and inspiring. You’ll find out what your body needs, cook alongside me each week, and build habits that bring steadier energy, better sleep and easier digestion.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system for understanding how your body works. It looks at your natural constitution, your digestion, and the season, and shows you which foods, spices and rhythms keep you well. Once you understand your own patterns, it stops feeling like a system to follow and starts feeling like common sense. It works with any way of eating: omnivore, vegetarian or vegan.

What you receive from the course:

  • You’ll understand your Ayurvedic constitution and which foods support you

  • You’ll have a 28-day simple seasonal recipe plan you’ll return to again and again

  • You’ll cook nourishing meals without feeling overwhelmed

  • Steadier energy, better sleep, reduced inflammation and calmer digestion

  • Food becomes a daily way of looking after yourself

  • Most women start to feel a difference within three to four days

Past participants often find the effects go further. With more energy and a clearer mind, they have more space in their days. Time feels more elastic, and they finally get to projects they’d put off for years.

“The last few weeks have been life-changing. I have suffered with digestive issues for many years, and by embracing these changes, these issues have gradually eased. It can be challenging to change your eating habits, as it can trigger you emotionally. Tamsin was always there with support and helpful suggestions.”

How it works

Weeks 1–2: Foundation. Learn the basics of Ayurveda and stock your kitchen. A one-to-one consultation shows you your constitution. Then you begin cooking simple meals to reset your digestion.

Weeks 3–5: Cooking. Each week there’s a live session with a cooking demonstration, new recipes and shopping lists. We cover balanced meals, the six tastes, and herbs and spices.

Week 6: Integration. Learn to read your own body and adjust what you eat, so the changes last beyond the course.

What’s included

  • One-to-one constitution consultation

  • Six live Sunday sessions with cooking, teaching and Q&A

  • Four weeks of seasonal recipes and shopping lists

What past participants have experienced:

“I feel as if I have been operating at a fraction of my potential for so long, always allowing myself to be ruled by my senses. I feel so much better, much more in control of myself, not in a negative way, but wanting to make healthy choices and enjoying the feeling of lightness and wellbeing.”

“I started looking forward to cooking. Every cooking session became evidence of self-care that fed me mentally, not just physically. That feeling of agency and control over my own life is really empowering.”

“I now light a candle, use a nice napkin, favourite pottery to eat from. Just giving myself some love with these simple actions feels good.”
