The pace is slow, the approach gentle—designed to meet you where you are and support the gradual release of deep-held stress and tension. As your nervous system softens and your mind becomes more focused, you’ll begin to cultivate the steadiness needed to build strength in both the upper and lower body, enhance core stability, and support a resilient immune system.
A key focus of the practice is releasing the psoas muscle—the deep connector between your legs and spine, and a powerful gateway to the nervous system and emotional body. When stress, anxiety, or fear accumulate, the psoas contracts, leading to tension, fatigue, shallow breathing, and overwhelm.
The good news? With conscious, intentional movement, these patterns can shift—often more quickly than you think. This practice helps restore clarity, ease, and energy. Most importantly, it sets the tone for your day: grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

Our complete daily practice of 75 minutes includes breathwork to clear and energise the mind, a series of slow vinyasa salutations, with longer-held postures and final relaxation. Group check-in is every Sunday morning.
