My intuitive gift has always been the ability to get to the heart of the matter—identifying where energy is blocked and creating the release needed for flow to return. I bring a unique perspective that blends my art school training, commercial retail experience as a manager turning underperforming stores into profit, and a deep understanding of whole-centred practices. This allows me to guide you in strategically exploring your WHAT, WHY, and HOW, transforming ideas into reality.

My coaching delivers results within four to six sessions, followed by a period of integration with additional support at three, six, or twelve months. Since every person’s journey is different, I work intuitively, ensuring we continue until we’ve uncovered exactly what you need.
