REPLENISH: 4-weeks of simple cooking and everyday Ayurveda

Learn how to prepare and enjoy meals that bring steady energy, emotional balance and nourishment.

So many of us live with low energy, restless sleep, digestive discomfort, or an uneasy relationship with food. Modern life often leaves us rushing meals, eating without awareness, or relying on foods that don’t truly sustain us. Over time, this weakens digestion, unsettles the mind, and drains vitality.

Replenish is a 4-week guided journey designed to change that. Through simple Ayurvedic cooking and a daily structure to help you prepare meals, you’ll gently reset your digestive fire, give your body a nutritional boost, and discover how food can be a source of steadiness and joy. Each week, you’ll receive seasonal recipes, shopping lists, and live guidance in the kitchen, so you never feel alone or overwhelmed.

This course is an invitation to reconnect with food as medicine, to find balance in your emotions, to feel nourished by smaller portions and regular meals, and to rebuild a relationship with eating that supports both body and mind. By the end of four weeks, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and more energised, with the confidence to keep cooking and caring for yourself in a way that feels natural and sustainable

Week 1 – Foundations of the Ayurvedic Kitchen
Learn the core principles of Ayurveda and set up your kitchen with the essential spices, grains, and legumes to create a balance diet. You will receive a weekly menu plan of recipes ahead of the start date, with ingredient list and directions of how to prepare and cook each meal, ready for us to start on the first Sunday. The first week is a selection of simple meals to gently aid the detoxification process.

Week 2 – Food balance and Combining
We look at a balanced plate, what you need to maintain steady blood-sugar, metabolism and good gut health through how you eat, how you prepare meals, the times you eat and the difference in emphasis on what to eat and when for optimal digestion and what impact this has on your mind and body.

Week 3 – Herbs and Spices
We explore how herbs and spices create flavour and warmth in our drinks and every meal, to invigorate our digestion, helping to gently detox and heal the body. The second weeks meals have more variation and flavours to inspire new ideas and favourites that you wish to include regularly in your diet, with a third week of new recipes for you to make.

Week 4 – The six tastes
We explore the six tastes in Ayurveda, or Rasa, and what tastes support your individual emotions and health, with a final week of recipes.

You finish the month with a PDF brochure of:

  • One month of recipes and supporting videos of ‘how to’ for some of them

  • 4 weekly shopping lists you can repeat and adapt.

  • Confidence to plan, shop, and cook Ayurvedically without overwhelm.

  • A personal consultation that provides you with lifestyle advice and a food structure that feels doable and nourishing.

All sessions are recorded, so you’ll never miss a class. You’ll also have lifetime access to the videos and recipe packs, so you can return to them whenever you need a reset.
